- 6 WB Shots (20/14) s(14/10) +(30/20)

- 4 Deadlifts (205/145) +(225/160) s(165/115) s+(185/125)

- 2 C2B +(BMU) s(2x Ring Rows) s+(Pull Ups)

While Partner B Accumulates (100/80) Cal on Bike.  Switch every 2 Rounds.  After bike is complete, then remainder of wod can be partitioned as desired, one person working at a time.  30-MIN CAP
