Tuesday:  5am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Wednesday:  5am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Thursday:  5am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Friday:  5am (OPEN GYM), 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Saturday: 10am-12pm (Coach-led WOD + OPEN GYM)
