- 9 Air Squats +(7 Clapping Push Ups)

Then @ 20-MIN mark, complete Annie [ SOLO WOD : 50-40-30-20-10 FT! ]

- Double Unders

- Sit Ups

Athlete A does all Pull Ups before

Athlete B does all Push Ups then

Athlete A does all Squats then

Athlete B does all Pull Ups etc…
